Glicafine M 60/500 is a combination anti-diabetic medicine containing Gliclazide 60 mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg. It is widely prescribed for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in patients whose blood sugar levels are not adequately controlled with metformin alone.
